This training is for people like you – leaders who know it can be done better. You’ll learn how to implement SAFe as a framework for organisational agility. You’ll discover how to align teams around shared goals, manage change at scale, and focus everyone on delivering real customer value.

We cover Lean-Agile principles, SAFe core values, ARTs, PI Planning, portfolio management and organisational design. You’ll leave the training with a clear understanding of how to lead a successful SAFe implementation and foster continuous improvement across teams and departments.

• Understand roles, responsibilities and events within an Agile Release Train (ART)
• Practise preparing and facilitating PI Planning
• Learn how to build a Lean-Agile portfolio and foster continuous value flow
